.01 REQUEST:

A former co-worker patented a product called Pump Keg, a keg pump that dispenses drinks using manual pump pressure alone, requiring no electricity or CO2 to function. With the brand's logo, fonts, and colors already established, she needed an instruction manual, complete with FAQs, to help kick-start her new business and support customers using the product.

.02 DELIVERY:

I designed the manual within Pump Keg's existing brand system, taking inspiration from IKEA-style instructions. It includes a clear parts list, simple step-by-step assembly, and an FAQ section covering any questions about the use of the product. Since there weren't existing photos of the parts, I illustrated each one myself, making it easy for customers to see exactly where every piece goes.

.03 RESULT:

She loved the final manual. Customers found the manual genuinely helpful when assembling their Pump Kegs. Easy to read and follow, which was exactly the goal from the start.
