Colliers' industrial team acquired a newly developed property called Pinnacle. The building's owners enlisted Colliers to help secure an industrial tenant to lease the space. After the branding and digital assets were developed by the team, I was brought in to create a promotional video showcasing the property and its surrounding area.

I integrated key design elements, such as the distinctive "A" from the Pinnacle branding, into the video through transitions, callouts, and data visualizations. Using on-site footage, I highlighted the property's features and building dimensions. Toward the end of the video, I included a map and surrounding area footage to emphasize Pinnacle's strategic location and nearby amenities.

After a few rounds of feedback, the client had a video that captured Pinnacle's scale and location exactly as they envisioned. It helped generate strong interest from prospective tenants, and the property ultimately sold.
