Colliers and Kidder Matthews teamed up to pitch two life science buildings at 6352 and 6354 Corte Del Abeto. I was brought in to build marketing materials that would help convince the property owners our team was the right fit to help lease the space.

The brokers landed on the name Arroyo Business Center to give the property a clear identity and make it easier to market. I carried a life science theme through the offering memorandum, using hexagons in place of standard squares to organize the information. Hexagons were already part of the building's interior, so they gave me a more distinctive way to break up content than a typical grid.

The proposal helped land the client and their business. They responded to the branding especially, since it gave the property its own identity instead of leaving it as another pair of corporate life science buildings.
