Colliers and Kidder Matthews teamed up to pitch two life science buildings at 6352 and 6354 Corte Del Abeto. To help convince the property owners our team was the right fit to lease the space, they brought me in to create marketing materials that showcased what we could offer on the marketing side.

To bring that beachy feel to life, I leaned into a vintage surf aesthetic, overlaying a vintage summer tone filter on the photos to hint at the surf town atmosphere. I pulled in beachy fonts to make the office building feel more relaxed and less corporate, in tune with the California lifestyle. Throughout the memorandum, I included building features, market competitors, and other key facts about the location, all presented within that easygoing, coastal theme.
