For this project, I directed, acted, and edited the entire video from start to finish. I opened the video with a first-person point of view to capture what it feels like to arrive in the area, highlighting how close the property is to the beach. Since we weren't able to film inside the apartments themselves, I worked with existing photos and added subtle motion to give them a video-like feel. The video wraps up by showcasing nearby amenities and points of interest.
