Country Living Rentals is a company that owns several properties throughout mid Florida. They wanted their logo to show what the houses on the properties looked like, so potential renters had an idea of what they could be renting.
Country Living Rentals is a company that owns several properties throughout mid Florida. They wanted their logo to show what the houses on the properties looked like, so potential renters had an idea of what they could be renting.

I took a photo of one of their properties, since all the houses they own are the same build, then traced the house into a simple illustrated vector. I used the fonts the company already had and combined the vector and text together.

We went through quite a few alterations to the house illustration, as the client wanted it more detailed and closer to what the actual homes looked like. In the end, the client loved the logo, and we ended up creating individual logos for each of their properties.
